What are the ingredients?

You can see our ingredients list under the product in the ingredients menu tab or you can read about our star ingredients and their benefits on on the ingredients page.

Will I need to adjust to natural deodorant?

Some people may take up to 14 days to adjust to natural deodorant after using conventional spray or roll on deodorant as the pores can be clogged from the antiperspirant.

Does your deodorant contain aluminium or parabens?

No, our deodorant doesn't contain any aluminium or parabens.

Does your deodorant contain Bi-carb?

No, we don't believe bi-carb is effective in deodorant and is an allergy for some so we left it out of our formula.

Do you test on animals?

No. We are a cruelty free brand.

How does the subscription work?

The Subscription saves you money and time. It works by choosing an interval between 1 and 6 months (we recommend every 3 months). If it's your first order we will send you a reusable tube with your deodorant stick inside.

We then send you a Biodegradable refill to replenish your reusable tube at your next interval.

You're in control. Anytime you want to change your next order date, try a new fragrance or even cancel, you can. It's all easily done in your online account with a few clicks.

Is it unisex?

Yes, both men and women can use Everybody Skin Co. It is for every body!

What is your return policy?

We know it can take some people time to get use to a natural deodorant after making the switch for the first time. Thats why we offer a 30 day return/exchange policy if Everybody Skin Co fails to prevent body odour within 30 days of receiving your order.

You must be following the usage instructions on your deodorant. Due to body chemistry, some people may need to re apply the deodorant through out the day.

Please note that when switching to natural deodorants some people may go through a detox period which can take up to 14 days before the natural deodorant will be effective for them. Please contact us for any help during the detox period.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned with their packaging in original condition. 

This policy is in place for customers who purchase directly from Everybody Skin Co.  If you bought your products from one of our stockists, please contact them first to arrange your return. If you have any problems returning your product to them and still have your proof of purchase, just let us know and we’ll do what we can to help.

This does not apply to wholesale or business customers.

Gift Card Refund Policy

Everybody Skin co does not off exchange or refund on gift cards purchased though our website. Gift cards can not be redeemed for cash or any other currency.

Payment for Gift Cards

Gift cards can not be purchased using any buy now pay later services such as After Pay.

Expiry of Gift Cards

Everybody Skin co gift cards expire within 3 years of purchase.
